Team Formation• 3rd-4th Grade (for the grade entering in the Fall)
• 5th-6th Grade (for the grade entering in the Fall) • 7th Grade (for the grade entering in the Fall) • 16 to 17 Players per team • Our hope is to get a minimum of 2 teams per level • Split skill level as evenly as possible • 8 to 9 week program starting mid August and finishing mid October • Scheduling with GH • Possible conclusion of season with Fruitport/Coopersville/ North Muskegon | Practices2 Week Preseason Practices (see grade level pages for exact dates and times)
• M-TH ~ 6-7:30 - More preparation - Skill improvement - Player recognition - Meet “no pad” requirements - Spring Lake High School In Season Practices (see grade level pages for exact dates and times) • 3 days a week ~ 6-7:30, 7th grade ~ 5:30-7:00 - Spring Lake High School (3-7th) 7th grade may change location after the first week - All Practices Scripted and Formatted by HS Staff - Coaches trained and directed to run Spring Lake offense and defense |
